I am a student currently doing research on how to implement bandwidth
management on an SDN network and I think that ryu would be a preferred
controller. I would like to inquire if bandwidth prioritization or
bandwidth limiting is possible in ryu. I am having difficulty on where to
start.

I would like to know the traffic shaping of ryu using rest_qos uses Token
bucket or leaky bucket or if it does not use any of these. I am having
trouble looking at the documentation
