The issue here is that only really Depth: 1 is defined on calendars.
I sort of agree that Depth: infinity would logically also have to work,
but in the past I've resisted adding support for it. Perhaps the better
move would be to throw a specific error for this as well.

implementing a CalDAV REPORT test, I noticed that :
- Depth 0 : returns a SabreDAV error server, saying I need Depth 1
- Depth 1 : returns my report as expected
- Depth 'infinity' : returns an empty query
I'm not that much of a spec cruncher, but :
- rfc4791 doesn't speak of Depth,
