Hi Ahmed,

It's important to post all the details of the 403 status, including the 
response body.
I suspect that this is your server configuration blocking this, and not 
sabredav itself.

Checking out your webserver logs may also help a bit with this.

Lastly, I would recommend 'xampp' over 'wamp'. Defaults tend to be better 
in the former, but that may not immediately solve your problem.
