Some issues with this spkg:  - The mercurial repository is completely missing. Yes, it's not a patch to the Sage sources, so there's no Mercurial stuff as there would be if it were.  - There are lots of backup files around (SPKG.txt~, etc.). I've put up a new version which should fix this.
