You seem to be using a non-official Homebrew package
fflas-ffpack (from Macaulay2/homebrew-tap, perhaps?), which appear to
conflicts with our version of Linbox.
Build fflas-ffpack from source, then it hopefully will work.
That is, run
./configure --with-system-fflas_ffpack=no
make build
