I tried to install sage on my CentOS 7 server and simply cloned the whole
source from github into a new directory i made: /sagemath and I simply
entered the command 'make'. It took about 20 minutes of compiling and ended

I downloaded the 8.2 tarball on Ubuntu 14.04 32 bits. Sage is starting
properly but I am unable to use gcc. More precisely
$ sage -sh
(sage-sh) which gcc
/opt/SageMath/local/bin/gcc
(sage-sh) gcc
gcc: error: /opt/SageMath/local/lig/gcc/: Is a directory
Though I do have gcc
