I pulled into my copy of the development branch and did "make". When
rebuilding documentation, 2o odd things:
1. A couple of time I see "gap: cannot extend the workspace any more!"
2. Build stops dead after the line
[history_a] no targets are out of date.

This includes the fix for the parallel build race with python packages, so
if you ran into that please test!
As usual, the newest beta is the "develop" branch on our git server.

Okay, after compiling this thing one thousand times I commented the
following lines :
#export SAGE_INSTALL_CCACHE="yes"
#export SAGE_ATLAS_LIB="/usr/lib/atlas-base"
I assume that ATLAS was the bad one And at last I have a working
version of Sage :-P

Hmmm.. I built from scratch after pulling branch #13201 and I got an
error while building scipy. But perhaps it is because I fixed the
merge conflict in a bad way.
