We’ve had another report of that before. It looks like when openblas_utest (and probably subsequent test executables) no rpath is set. If a compatible libgfortran is not found in the normal ldpath you get that error. We don’t set LD_LIBRARY_PATH anymore do we? It may pay to set one to run openblas
