I hope I don't sound too ignorant in asking the following. The experimental
package 'cadabra-0.115'
has been installed on my macine. But I am afraid I can't find out how to
invoke or use it within Sage
notebook. Any hints will be highly appreciated.

Am I correct? If so, then you can write your program like this. You can
force printing the output by using sys.stdout.flush():

I have created a nice graphic with some alpha. I try to save it. As a Sage
object, I have no problem. The EPS representation doesn't preserve the
alpha. The PNG does, but I'd prefer vector graphics.
The PDF representation chokes on it. I get the error,
TypeError: Don't know a PDF
I think I saw that before. Maybe converting coordinates to RDF works?

Solution to the Sagemath PPA upgrades to 5.4 via update-manager which does
not read $HOME=/root/ correctly, and so
1) fails to configure the package and 2) possibly writes files owned by
