[sage-support] Moving sage+packages to another directory

It seems that Sage 5.4 compiled from source can be moved to another directory without problems. First run just takes some time and then I can run for example notebook()-function. However, after sage.misc.package.install_all_optional_packages() moving whole directory does not work. Can
