I put in extra effort to make R plotting "just work" in SageMathCloud;
I don't think it works anywhere else...
Does anyone have any experience using R in a Sage cell? The following code
works fine on SMC but not on the Sage cell server.
%r
age <- c(25, 30, 56)
gender <- c("male", "female", "male")
weight <- c(160, 110, 220)
mydata <- data.frame
Thank you for the information! Yeah, it's working just fine now, I have no
idea why it wasn't working before. Maybe it was because I hadn't reset y
before trying to define it as a ring, I'm not too sure. But, it's working
now on a fresh worksheet, so thank you!

Hello,
I think there might be a bug in how write_lp handles the objective
function. Consider the following simple ILP formulation for signed
domination
===
def signed(G):
I = MixedIntegerLinearProgram(maximization=false)
x = I.new_variable(binary=True)
for u in G:

This was perhaps not a good idea. It's been long since I got so many ugly
error messages.

Thanks Ralf!
As I said I work on SMC. So I have to wait until William updates the cloud.
