I take it you are using the PPL wrapper directly instead of the more
user-friendly Polyhedron class. In that case you want the
minimized_generators method:

Sorry for asking, but from your question I am note sure that you have
noticed the Vrepresentation and Hrepresentation to be found in the
Polyhedron class?..
