Depends how you installed it.
sudo apt-get -y purge sagemath-upstream-binary
or if from binary or source, delete the top folder

For more options,
I'm hoping someone can suggest a way to remove an optional spkg,
specifically the scitools++ package.
It looks like the scitools++ package may not be compatible with the
current numpy and matplotlib packages, and I want to remove it and try
scitools-.4 instead. Is there a way to do this

Is there any way to remove the installed package(not the native one,
optionally installed only).
i used ./sage -f url to install the packages, but now i no longer need
some packages.
