RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE TEMPLE OF XRI XERVANI-VETAL AT SALGAO-VADDO, ADVALPALE…II. CHAPTER II. Art. 8—The fund of the temple consists: No. 1--- Immovable property; No.2—Images; No3—Jewelry, articles and utensils of cult; No.4-Other articles as per the inventory; no.5—capital loan or to be loaned; and No.6—The balance of administration; Art 9—The income of the temple consists in; No.1—Rent of the immovable property; No.2—Taxes fixed for various cultural acts; No. 3—Offers received from devotees and members of the temple; No.4--Admission fees paid by the members of the temple; No.5—Fines imposed in terms of this undertaking and of the regulation of the Association, in force. Art. 10---The safe of the temple with its fund shall be kept in an appropriate place in the building of the temple. Art11- The application of the funds or of the capital collected in the treasury shall be made in terms of the regulation of the Association of the temple in force, preference being always given to those who offer greater and better guarantees. CHAPTER III. Worship and Feasts of the Temple. Art12—The daily worship consists in celebrating the act of ‘ Puja’ with formalities and ritual precepts and also with rules which are customary at present. Para 1--- The principal act of ‘Puja’ ( Mahani-veda) shall be done daily at mid-day by the respective ‘Puzari’( Minister who conducts the worship).
