Had a similar one recently... Tried to explain to a customer that ISA Modems where no longer available - and that a PCI one wouldn't fit into her fully loaded motherboard. Demanded to know why it wasn't possible to saw off the bottom and replace it with an ISA fitting Yes right! -Ori
