I'm not a fan of all in one IDEs - so I've never tried Tommy Gun either.
I use Starbase (Borland's) CodeWright 6.5 as my editor. 6.5 is quite old
these days, but if you can get a copy (it sometimes pops up on eBay) it is
well recommended.
With CodeWrite (which will integrate with any
+1 for Pyz80! Because it's command line, I set up a little batch file
for each project to compile and boot in SimCoupe. I love having that
instantaneous write-test-debug loop.
I tried Tommy Gun for a little bit but couldn't get on with it. Also, it
wants money. That which I don't have.
