I messed with Red/Green 3D for while. With red and green it works best on a white-background so that would not be very usefull for Elite, maybe Blue and Red 3D works better, never tried that one. I messed with it quite a lot in the early days. The trouble is that different people percepts the

snip... Possibly. But you might be able to do some clever stuff, but it will still be too slow. 6MHz is not enough for 24K of screen actually you might say 4.5 MHz. But with with at least 256K to waste some fast memory wasting routines would increase speed. The spectrum only had 48K

First of all: Good news... I succesfully booted up my Sam last night.. let's see how well it can carry on. :) Sounds like you have a dodgy connector. Try removing the drive and use some cleaner specially for electric components to clean the connectors. -Frode
