As you probably know: you have to create a Linux-User first
which resides in ou=Machines.In order to have the system
find it when doing the lookup, you'll need to tell
your NSS to also search in the Machines-tree for users:
In /etc/ldap.conf (e.g. Mandrake) or /etc/libnss-ldap.conf

I'd like to ask for help on some Netware to Linux TRANSITION issues. Under
Novell Netware, AUTHORIZED users can see ONLY the folders/directories they
are allowed to see, whether or not they created them or not. I'm at a loss
as to how to implement this under Linux+Samba-2.2.8a.
