1. Use tdbsam as a medium for migration.
2. Before migrating accounts:
i. Make sure that you configure your smb.conf carefully
ii. Include all the user/group/machine scripts

I'm having trouble getting winbindd working properly (I think).
My understanding is that winbindd uses a kerberos 5 session (with 2003
server) to authenticate the machine to ADS, before any users have logged in.
Then it uses that session ticket to authenticate all users of the smb

with Borland Pascal 7.0 and Foxpro 2.6.
If Pascal has opened a file Foxpro may not open this file.
At opening this file several foxpro any problems are not present.
In Netware this problem was solved set attribute on a file as shareable.

I have samba-3.0.0 with --with-ldapsam option compiled in, and I can not
add a machine into domain - i can log into domain from machine added
befor upgrade from 2.2.8a to 3.0.0. From my logs:

Ok, thanks go to Jason Balicki and Mark for letting me know about the
WinXP_SignOrSeal.reg fix. That was definitely one of my problems. The other
was a pooched smbpasswd file. It seems to be working now. Thanks!
