add machine script = /usr/sbin/smbldap-useradd -w -i %u
that should work. The -i tells smbldap-useradd to add a workstation trust
account.

Right now, you have no access to the domain accounts. And your domain
probably has guest access disabled, hence the lack of access when logged
into the domain.
I'd suggest using SWAT to set up your server as a member server in the
