hello folks. congrats on samba 3.2 it's an awesome release. i'm trying
to take advantage of the parallel cifs capabilities of this release.
lustre (too complex) and gpfs (not free) at not available to me right
now, so i'm using gfs v2 and iscsi as my storage building blocks.
i'm running 3.2
I've actually seen this a number of times.
Change your share name in smb.conf from [Share] to [share] and I'll bet
it works fine.
I haven't picked it apart as to why this happens, but it seems like
there's something about the case sensitivity/ insensitivity between *nix
and *doze that disagree wh

on solaris and then configure PAM authentication for your system to LDAP, you

I run a rhel5 U2 server with samba 3.0.28-1
Each time i start winbind the process stops after a few seconds:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]# service winbind start
