I read something about PAM and SAMBA, precisely the chapter 28 of the

found that should be possible to Kerberos Password Integration
Configuration using The following is a sample PAM configuration
OS: SLES9
Samba: 3.0.28-0.4.3
Cups: 1.1.23-40.44
Client: Windows XP Pro SP2 (+latest Updates), German version, so some
translations maybe not correct ;-)

admin the box, some how (previous admin) has set an account to expire,

Symantec installed, in any form.
