private email too. I can get just plain 'su' to work

Have Samba3 beta, RH9. Win2k Native Mode network..
I've done all the winbind stuff and PAM. I can't login as a domain user
to my Linux box. I DO however have a linux account with the same
credentials as my domain account. When I double click on the server
from network
I have Kerberos, Samba (3beta) and winbind all running.
1. wbinfo -u returns domain+usernames
2. wbingo -g returns groups
3. kinit [EMAIL PROTECTED] works fine
When I try to access the Samba server from my workstation, I'm prompted
for a username/password. Should I be?
AND, when I run a testparm, I get
Winbind uid is deprecated
Winbind gid is deprecated

I'm not sure if I'm clear. I have a win2k native domain. I want to add
a samba file server so users can access it through network neighborhood.
I set up the Kerberos stuff, I can do that from the linux box fine. Do
I STILL need to do the winbind stuff in order for users to not have to
all my users that have authenticated to the
domain to be able to access the samba server.
