I am trying to upgrade samba to samba-3.0,
I have source rpm from samba site and I have been trying to recompile rpm
with spec as following
--with-mmap \
--with-pam \
--with-pam_smbpass \
--with-piddir=/var/run \
--with-privatedir=%{_sysconfdir}/samba \

I have Master and Slave setup.
if I use passwd to change user unix password on my Slave, replication works.
My slave server is also Samba server.
when I use smbpasswd to change samba password change only goes to Master but
replication to slave fails. *.rej file is created on master
