Hi We have a process on Linux (SLES 8.1 AMD64) which is writing data to a memory mapped file created on a samba partition smbmounted from a windows server.
The changes show up on the Linux side but are invisible to a process reading the same file on windows. I would be grateful if someone could offer and explanation of this behaviour?
