I think your roaming profile arent syncronising righ.
Try to use:
NT/XP/2K
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]
DeleteRoamingCache=dword:0001
and csc policy = programs on your [profiles]
