in the Samba PDC, mainly Domain Admins, Domain Users and Domain Guests? Or
maybe because I'm not setting up any policies in the netlogon Samba folder?
Any help greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Patrick

Hello there
I've just been trying to get a NetApp FAS2020, DataOnTap 7.2.5.1 to join
our domain. No luck so far . The PDC is samba 3.2.4 with ldap backend.
I created the account manually and when I try to join the NetApp I get
these in the samba logs.

My PDC (Ubuntu 8.04, samba 3.0.28a) shows up in the browse list as two
workgroups
THELMA (the netbios name for the machine)
Workgroup THELMA is empty
and
ATLANTA (the domain name)
THELMA is listed inside workgroup ATLANTA
running
nmblookup -A 127.0.0.1
yields
THELMA

The server announces itself using two netbios (?) names - OFFICE and SERVER.
Originally I had planned to use OFFICE. Then I switched to SERVER.
I've looked at the config files and search for any occurences of
