samba 4 and provision it against the 4.0.0beta6 samba PDC, will it

The problem was that I was not cleaning etc and private directories in
order to re-run classicupgrade:
rm -rf /usr/local/samba/etc/*
rm -rf /usr/local/samba/private/*
Now that error doesn't appear anymore.
