Hello,
Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have a line like that. It's a path problem as there is
it into your NT Domain with
#net rpc join -S NTSERVERNAME -w NTDOMAINNAME -U
Administrator%password (replace password with your
password)

Please send me a complete documentation
it is imperative that all UIDs and RIDs must be
unambiguous. So if you have a
root account and an Administrator account - you have introduced ambiguity. It is best
to use the 'root' account
in place of the NT Administrator. Just make sure that the RID for the root account is
500.

have provided a shell
script that can be used to get around this OS problem. The script is in
Example 12.1, called smbgrpadd.sh. You can easily craft a similar script
to handle addition of user accounts.
Please let me know if this is not an acceptable solution for you.

The problem you refer to is not a 'net rpc vampire' issue. This is
specifically an issue pertaining to the host operating system that Samba
is running on.
In the Samba-HOWTO-Collection chapter on Migration I have provided
time.
Feedback we obtain does make its way into the documentation. We also use
feedback to decide how best to improve Samba. We can not guarrantee to
adopt every suggestion for code change.

I want add another samba
member server to the domain. When I add the other samba server it seems
that it removes the first samba server.
Has any one ran it to this problem?
Make sure that you do not have a name-space clash. ie: What are the
hostnames of your Samba servers?
