it will not work with this in the BIND build, see my previous thread on the
mailing list, I just spent roughly 200 man hours working out samba 4 bind
DLZ dynamic updates on centos 6.4
Thank You Thank You Thank You!!

CentOS base AND epel bind9.8 packages both compile with this, this IS/WAS
the cause of my and every other samba4 CentOS 6 users issue with dynamic
DNS updates.

I have tried everything, This is CentOS 6.4 with SELinux DISABLED, Bind
version BIND 9.8.2rc1-RedHat-9.8.2-0.17, samba 4.0.6 downloaded as a tar.gz
from samba.org -- I have read EVERY maillinglist, IRC Log, how-to on

up with something, please let me know. In total, I spent at least 50-60 man
hours on this and got nowhere.

I am sorry to waste space on the mailing list for such a simple question,
but can anyone tell me:
1. Does samba_internal backend work with MX records yet?
2. Will BIND9_FLATFILE allow dynamic DNS updates when a computer joins the
domain?
Thanks.

I want to thank you both so very much for your help.
It's another day and I'm back to it, refreshed, and determined to figure
out what is causing so many issues for the CentOS 6.4 users.
Going through the same exact steps on ubuntu 12.04 on a different machine
does give me working dynamic DNS

It's another day
I removed the centos bind build and installed bind 9.9.3 from ISC source,
and went to /usr/local/samba/private/named.conf and changed the line from
bind 9.8 to bind 9.9 and now I get this error and named will not start with
the include line for samba in /etc/named.conf:
get: dlz_dlopen: incorrect
I just can't seem to get dynamic DNS updates working on CentOS 6.4 with
samba 4.0 .tar.gz from samba.org using BIND9_DLZ.
If I run bind 9.8.2.rc1 in debug mode and go to a domain joined windows
client and run 'ipconfig /registerdns' this is what I get in my console:

Looks like bug https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9559 which
looks like it'll be fixed in git momentarily.

Please bear with me as this is my first time actually using a mailing list.
I've set up a CentOS 6.4 machine as a samba4 Primary Domain Controller, and
successfully joined a windows 8 client machine to the domain.
My question is as follows: when I add the computer BED-DESK-01 to the
domain
