according to the 'fixed' status of 
https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=228 i would expect streams 
to be working already. If they are not, this bug should probably be 
set to 'later' instead.

Different issue.  We don't have stream, support.  The bug
is misleading.
