smbtorture does not seem to want to fallback to *SMBSERVER

Hi, In running some tests at connectathon, I see two issues: 1. smbtorture does not fall back to using *SMBSERVER when setting up a NetBIOS session. I think this would be worth adding. 2. smbtorture does not allow you to specify the port to connect on. I have added code to support this.
