I have a customer who wants to put dots in a directory name. Since the share is on an ODS-5 disk, this is possible for VMS but Samba 2.2.8 does not seem to follow the VMS convention of using a ^ in front of a dot. Has anyone looked in to this? If not I may attempt to patch the source code. TIA
