Hi I would like to use scanimage with my epson 4180. It is supported by epkowa backend, and iscan works. But I would like to do some scans on command line, without any gui, is it possible? The epkowa backend included with iscan is a regular SANE backend and should be usable with any

even here, everything looks fine, so far... The log output stops at a time, where a SCSI command has been sent to the scanner but no result was sent back by the device. Sane uses a timeout value of two minutes for SCSI scanners, so it may help, if you simply wait this time to see, if you
