I would like to know is there a way to access current value of XSANE
features such as No of pages, Rotation from backend.
As No of pages , Rotation are xsane features , how can I access these
values from backend.

Hi ,
I am using xsane-0.998 and scanned 5 images by setting 'filename
counter +1', But when an image scan by setting 'filename counter -1',
'Filename Counter Underrun' warning message occurs.
What is wrong about this situation?

I saw SANE-Backend-1.0.23 version is released . Working on new backend
development under fedora 16 and SANE-Backend-1.0.22 version.
Let me know if I need to migrate 1.0.22 to 1.0.23 version. Can I build
latest version under fedora 16 ?

In xsane application ,there is a feature Number of pages to scan. I
think it is mainly used for ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) where in we
will have to specify the number of pages to be scanned.
We plan to implement 'ADF Duplex' for which we will have to specify the
