Using saned, I found that there are no actual web-based frontend, so, I "steal" look&feel+JS-script from phpSane project, which is greatly outdated for now, and write php-part. we use it in some organisations and if you like, you can replace the phpsane link with http://shubert.ru/src/sanesch.zip At least, it has some more working options and localizations.
