You all are aware, Sanskaari is a youth organisation and self funded and
currently running only on membership fees given by our members.

In that also, I would like to throw light on some fact that till date
organisation is having membership fees dues of Rs 10000/- Only 10-12 members
submit their fees on regular basis. Rest all forget about their membership
fees.

*My question to all the members: have u ever observed any thing like that
work in Sanskaari stopped at any time due to lack of funds. *

*No, not at all,* coz together we all have taken pledge to do change this
system and society for creating a morning *The morning when no woman has to
carry human excreta to make a living, the morning where no poor kids have to
hunt the garbage can to eat a meal, the morning when no families will be
burnt because they were of a particular religion, the morning where people
will not shut there eyes to injustice, the morning when 'I' will become
'WE', the morning that would really be a morning….*

*We are not just waiting…We are creating that morning.*

For that, some of Sanskaari members are really contributing their good
efforts for continuing Sanskaari activities to bring that morning.

Some members are giving their maximum possible time and efforts for
activities in Sanskaari inspite of their buzy schedules in jobs and
business.

Some members are contributing 1000-2000 Rs in a month apart from their
travelling expenses.

Some find new ways of generating funds for organisation by collecting
newspapers  (Himanshu) and some are giving their best possible effort to
generate funds (Ritu Kapil , Prateek, Upasana, Pratibha, Himanshu, Shilpa,
Prachi, Rahul, Amit, Praveen Sevak, and some more members whose name I am
not remembering).

*And one more thing I would like to highlight, Amit as a president has given
freedom to all the members and volunteers to innovate and implement their
ideas on ground. If it worked- good, but if it didnt work- then things will
get messed up, no problem we all together will make the things well again. *

Sanskaari is ur own organisation, so lets innovate and implement.

So as u all are aware the real situation of organisation. We have set some
guidelines for re-imbursement of expenses and bills.

*Guidelines for re-imbursement of Expenses and bills: *

1. Travelling expenses Re-imbursement:
Auto Fare: If their is no other option of travelling other than auto,
organisation will re-imburse auto fare.

Note: People usually got late from their homes and then in hurry they take
auto instead of Metro or Bus. So in that case, Organisation will not
re-imburse the auto charges. If your travelling expense exceeds 60 Rs/day
including all metro and bus charges then Organisation will re-imburse amount
above 60 Rs- like If a person has spend 100 Rs then organisation will
Re-imburse 40 Rs. So friends Value time and money. If u will get late then u
have to spend more money.

2. Stationary Expenses for Paathshala: Any expense need to be done on
stationary in bulk for paathshala should be sent for approval to president 1
week before. If the required items will be already be available with
Paathshala head or any other location head then things will be transferred
from one location to other. Small expenses till Rs 100/month can be done by
location head independently without approval.

3. Any other expenses will be done by any location head or Project head is
to be approved first by president and then re-imbursed. That would be
re-imbursed fully. Small expenses till Rs 200/month can be done by Project
head independently without approval.

Please take bills along with whatever expenses you do.
