Meanings?

1. shhatkarNO bhidyatE mantraH

The full sloka is:

shatkarno bhidyathe lokaan, chathushkarnah sthiro bhavet /
dvikarnena shrutho mantrah brahmaapyantham na gachchati // 
=A secret heard by six ears (i.e. three persons) will burst the world or
go round quiuckly, heard by four ears (i.e. two persons) will remain
fixed ( secret), but that known by only two ears ( i..e. oneself) cannot
 be known even by Brahma.  

2. saaraLyam saraLe kuryaat, shaThE shaaThyam samaacharEt.
= Honesty should be practiced on honest people. 
   Villainy should be used on villains.

3. suputraH saptamO rasaH
=  There are six types of rasa or taste viz. madhura, amla, lavana. katuka,, 
thiktha, and  kashaya. A good son becomes the seventh rasa.

4. sthaana sthitaH kaapurushOpi simhaH
=  In a position of power even an ordinary person becomes a lion.

5. dhanakshayE vardhati jaaTharaagniH
= as one's wealth gets depleted, his digestive fire grows.
(He becomes more hungry).
 
6. t^RNairvirachyatErajjur bhadyamtE tEna damtinaH
= a rope is made from  grass, but it is capabale of binding  elephants.

 7. niriikshatE kELivanam pravishya kramElakaH kamTakajaalamEva
= after entering a play field, the camels look for only thorny plants.

8. nahi maru mariichi sarasii kramashaH shushhyati.
=A  lake formed by the mirage of a desert slowly dries up or evoporates. Is it not?

9. Inner meaning for the following two nyayas?

(a) saudha-sOpAna nyaayam; 
Inner meaning. If one wants to climb a tall building, it is sufficient
to climb one step at a time and you are sure to reach the top.

(b) sthaalii-pulaaka nyaayam.
Inner meaning. When rice or any grain is getting cooked in a pot,
it is sufficient to test one grain to know whether  the entire quanity is 
cooked or not.

Meanings for the shlokas:

10. aapadaam apahartaaram daataaram sarvasampadaam
    lokaabhiraamam shriiraamam bhuuyO bhuuyO namaamyaham

=  I salute Srirama again and again,  who removes all calamities,
who bestows all types of fortune and  who is delightful to every one.

11. yatra yatra raghunaatha kiirtanam
    tatra tatra kR^ita mastakaajalim
    baashhpa vaari paripuurNa lOchanam
    maarutir namata raakshasaantakam   (should be maarutim)

= You all should salute Maaruti the destroyer of Rakhasas, whose eyes are 
full of tears, and who stands in salutation with folded hands on his head
 wherever people chant praises of  Raghunatha.

12. mEghair mEduram ambaram vana-bhuvaH shyaamaas tamaala drumair
    naktam bhiirur ayam tvam eva tad imam raadhE gR^iham praapaya
    ittham nanda-nideshatash chalitayoH pratyadhva kunjadrumam
    raadhaa-maadhavayOr jayanti yamunaa kuule rahaH keLayaH
    (the first verse in Jayadeva's Gita-Govindam)
 
= "The sky is overcast with thick clouds, the forest has become dark with the tamala 
 trees (which have dark barks),  it is night  and this child (my son Krishna) is 
timid. 
 Oh! Radhe ! Therefore  you  alone reach him  home."  Thus ordered by Nanda,
Radha and Krishna  were moving and on the way were closeted in the bowers of 
 trees and  enaged in amourous sports on the bank of river Yamuna.

nahuShaH=Nahusha;
cha=and;
svakarmabhiH=by his actions;
nAsha.n=destruction;
yAsyati=will get;
devAH=Devas;
atandritAH=alert, vigilant;
ka.nchitkAlam=some time;
imaM=him;
marShayadhvam=should endure him

anuvaadaH
Nahusha, the evil one, will get destroyed by his own actions. The 
alert,vigilant devas
should endure him for some time.
