"?????? ????? ????? ????? ??????" is the maxim accepted by all the grammarians, including Mahabhashyakaara.. But they will have to resort to get Vyakarana Gyan to learn grammar for use in Classical language, even though Vedic Gyan may give virtues and prosperity. Or may use as you like in Veda-s ignoring Panini's rules for Sanskrit language by virtue of Vedic Gyan.
