There is an ONCALL component as well once acclimated into the role as we provide 24x7 support for our infrastructure *This individual MUST possess expertise in EMC Isilon product suite as well as significant knowledge of ViPR* *Manager notes: I am looking for candidates who are EMC VMAX experts with ViPR experience and/or Hitachi experts with HUR experience.* Provides IT systems support that may include duties such as installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and repairing. Also performs quality assurance processes to effectively manage system availability and improve operations. Includes high-level support of networks, such as administration, server builds and upgrades, domain configuration, and performance and tuning. Also includes network administration. Service Experience 5+ years Financial Services experience 3+ years required Multi-Country desired 5+ years of project experience in the quality assurance and testing phases or projects.
