LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA* *DURATION: 9 MONTHS WITH EXTENSIONS* *INTERVIEW: WEBCAM AND F2F INTERVIEW* * * *Required:* Meeting with business groups to gather business requirements Create business rules around automating processes Need to be able to write technical requirements * * *Plus: * Master Data Management Data Governance *Role:* Performs the role of key data liaison between Operations stakeholders, sales, services, internal IT teams and external technology and consulting partners. Elicits documents and translates requirements for the enterprise Customer Master Data Management platform. Specializes in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business processes and user needs in order to formulate solutions that enable the overall business strategies. Works as part of a cross functional team, strongly representing the Customer Master vision. Responsible for identifying, implementing and maintaining data management and maintenance processes and best practice for the Customer Master data foundation. This function includes: needs assessment, requirements gathering, design including business rules and automation, testing, adoption/compliance measurement, and support for appropriate systems and processes. This role will work collaboratively with Operations leadership, GEO-based team members, sales operations, and other operational experts to understand requirements, develop solutions and communicate results. *Primary Duties / Responsibilities* • Elicit, communicate and translate business and systems requirements effectively between various functional areas and IT or vendor resources. • Effectively translate business requirements into high-level design documentation and provide feedback on requirements submitted by team members. • Perform in-depth data analysis and provide recommendations for resolution for data integrity issues. • Document current and future state business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations to process owners. • Apply project life cycle methodology and encourage its consistent application among team members. • Independently complete project documentation, review other team members' documentation and provide feedback. • Evaluate and/or mentor junior and peer analysts on proper methodology, best practices, technology, and general analyst skills. • Identify opportunities to align departmental processes to changing business conditions. • Assist in the development of data management tools and platforms • Facilitate communication and training within Operations and cross-functionally with marketing, sales, tech support and customer service to ensure data management projects and processes are correctly implemented. • Define and report metrics to measure data quality and provide statistical insight for key Customer Master initiatives on a regular basis. • Continuously monitor the data processes for improvement opportunities, provide recommendations and assist with implementing changes that increase the efficiency of the Customer Master data process. * * *Qualifications (include Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)* • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills • Advanced written and verbal communication skills • Formal data analysis and implementing a data governance methodology experience a plus • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and other productivity tools • Working understanding of application architecture and networks • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies • Advanced understanding of automation and data management business processes • Understanding of SAP, CRM and data quality applications and processes • Ability to develop complex user acceptance test data, scripts, and plans • Ability to develop system test data, scripts, and plans • Long term planning horizon and “strategic” mindset • Ability to create process flow diagrams • Experience supporting medium to large sales and operations organizations Experience with data management and data quality best practices • Experience with change management, communications and training in a medium to large enterprise • Ability to understand complex business problems and deliver solutions focused on technological improvements and increasing process efficiency • Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm, poise and presence Functional / Technical Requirements (include Work Experience, Education, Certifications, Training) • Bachelor’s degree, certificates or equivalent experience • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Data Analyst/Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst working on complex technology-based projects, with recent experience in the MDM or Data Governance space. • Experience in working effectively as a member of multiple and changing cross-functional teams • Analytical Ability / Problem Solving - Analyzes and understands problems using logic and reasoning and presents relevant solutions. • Systems Management - Possesses a general understanding of CRM and ERP Systems and knowledge domains.
