Job Description : Award-winning Client seeking .NET Developers for contract assignments to support their growing business! *SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE* This position is for the Incentives Delivery team in the Technology department. This team is chartered with delivery of quick, innovative and efficient solutions, leveraging superior technical and business skills, aggressive work ethic and common sense within the framework of a streamlined process. *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* · Develop and deliver code from detailed specifications, leveraging a mix of approved technologies · Analyze requirements, produce object-oriented designs for product enhancements and new development · Work independently on projects or as part of larger teams · Provide estimates for anticipated work and accurate status of projects aligned with the methodology being used (SCRUM/Iterative/ Waterfall) · Support, maintenance, and development of ASP.Net web-based and stand alone applications · Participation as part of project teams *KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
