Understand the configuration and its impact to the operation/performance measurement. • Understand how L2 Ethernet switches and L3 routers work. • Know how to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and VBA programming, Perl script programming. • Good communication, writing, and presentation skill. • Good problem solving skills to resolve the CRs and know how to use Clarify Case and Quality system and processes for engineering team. • Provide technical support and training to the regional engineers and Network Integration team. • Know how to create DE, SOW, and work force plan. Excellent negotiation skill. • Familiar with network engineering end-to-end processes. • Prefer BS degree from CS, CE and EE. • Prefer to have at least 2 years regional network engineering work experience or similar skills.
