Genesys Business Analyst

24 months

   - *Description:  *
      - 5+ years overall BA/PM experience with a focus on Call Center
      initiatives.
      - Previous BA experience in a Call Center environment highly preferred
      - Experience implementing enterprise technology solutions using
      Genesys Call Center technologies required
      - Ability to liaison with internal and third party development and
      business teams
      - Ability to manage enterprise project plan, consisting of sub
      projects
      - Digital experience in working on transformation projects also
      highly preferred
      - Must be a self-starter, and entrepreneurial always looking for
      opportunities to improve the status quo.
      - This position requires the ability to demonstrate strong analytical
      skills and the ability to apply those skills and knowledge
effectively to a
      variety of situations.
      - Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft
      Project as well as general business and/or accounting systems and subject
      matter knowledge applicable to the department assigned.
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to
      articulate complex issues clearly and concisely to all levels of the
      organization including non-technical audiences.

Must be able to work in a diverse and multicultural user community in
defining business requirements and incorporating the requirements into
functional business process and technical application designs.
