Will work with *a Sitecore architect* and other *Sitecore* developers, needs understand the architecture and development on the *Sitecore* platform. Will create new features and work with marketing to migrate other public websites to *the Sitecore* platform. Need to be very accepting of change as designs change to keep the sites current and reflective of needs for users in an agile manner.
