*Position : Business system analyst* *Location : Sacramento , CA* *Duration : 12+ Months* *Interview : Phone Then face To Face* *Job Responsibilities:* · Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. · At least (3) years of that experience must have been in systems analysis and design in anticipation of a large scale web-based technology project including but not limited to: business systems analysis, business process reengineering, facilitation and business requirements elicitation and documentation. · Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience performing requirements definition and management in the last 5 years based on IEEE 29148 (std. 2011), including the ability to write and/or transform existing requirements into a format that complies with IEEE standards. · Must have at least one (1) year experience performing the required activities in a federal, state or local government agency environment. · Must have at least three (3) years experience in the last five (5) years developing project approval documentation for State agencies or departments engaged in the California Department of Technology’s / Department of General Services project approval process. These documents must directly have contributed to an approved project for the agency. · The Systems Analyst classification requires the possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related or Engineering field from an accredited college or university.
