'2+ years of experience in IVR (VoiceXML) or any contact center
technologies (Genesys or Avaya).
Collecting requirements for IVR and CRM applications from multiple business
groups
Conduct presentations to the client Business team and proving reports and
documents
Provide guidance and requirements for the offshore development teams
Update the PM and client team on the status of the business analysis
Work with the multiple busines team independently
Able to understand typical Retail industry standards and provide
suggestions on processes and system improvements
