This person will be required to write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system; direct object oriented code and database development; review project requests to estimate time and cost required to accomplish project and understand requirements and identify errors and omissions in specification. In addition, this resource must review and improve the implementation of existing databases and database management systems. Daily tasks also require contractor to plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard information in computer files against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure.
