We currently have a *6 Months Contract* opportunity for a *Sr. Oracle EBS Applications DBA* with our direct client located in *Berkeley Heights, NJ.* · Ability to lead small technical teams · Must have a minimum of 6-8 years of hands on experience on Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) R12/11i Installation, configuration, maintenance troubleshooting and support · Must have a minimum of 5 years Oracle DBA experience and in-depth understanding of Oracle Databases including current 10g/11g. · Must have hands on experience on Oracle SOA suite 10g/11g for installation maintenance and configuration · Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) 10g/11g on UNIX platform preferably HP-UX. · Hands on experience on Oracle EBS shared application file systems, DR solutions like 10g/11g Data Guard · Proficient in all aspects of "system administration" functionality within Oracle E-Business Suite · Hands on experience with applications/tech stack/database upgrades, cloning, patching, and backups/recovery · Good Understanding of Storage, Network, server technology, operating systems for optimal application performance is required. · Hands on experience on Installation and configuration of Oracle Identity Management Infrastructure, Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Single Sign On (SSO) · Hands on experience on integration of Oracle OAM/SSO with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 is required · Experience in supporting Development and Production environments · Good interpersonal, communication and documentation skills *Additional Preferred Qualifications * • Knowledge of Quest-stat for Configuration migration is plus • Oracle GRC experience is plus • Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Suite (formerly Hyperion Planning, Financial Management and Essbase) experience is a plus. • Excellent ability to research, evaluate and recommend technical solutions • Excellent planning, research, time management, multi-tasking, problem resolution in a demanding situation supporting production systems and decision making abilities • Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal business and technical teams as well as vendors and consultants • Ability to take directions and plan and execute independently or with minimal guidance is required • Application Integration Architecture (AIA) is a plus. *Responsibilities * • Work on installation, configuration, patching and upgrading of Oracle E-Business Suite. • Manage the installation, configuration, patching and upgrading of Oracle Core technology products Database, Application servers, Middleware and Security Management. • Work closely with the Infrastructure Service team to configure server/storage/network components and support and perform database and application clones, refresh and trouble shoot performance issues. • Create project plans and set priorities and provide management reports on status, technical options, risks and issues. • Diagnose and solve issues within the Oracle E-Business suite of technologies, including EBS Finance and Supply Chain modules, GRC, Mobile Supply Chain Management, OAM, AD, and Web logic; work with the EBS DBA's to diagnose and solve issues with Oracle RAC, GRID, Business and work with EBS DBA's to manage the patching of EBS suite of products and will assist in the planning and execution of the upgrades across the Oracle production. • Work closely with Infrastructure service team in server/storage/network configurations. • Support and Perform Database and Application clones, Refreshes and trouble shooting performance *Please reach me for further details @ je...@takesolutions.com <je...@takesolutions.com>, Ph.: **609-720-1002 x 9325* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
