5.0, MVC 2/3 framework,
C#, ASP .net, WCF, Razor Engine, SOA Design Principles, messaging, event driven
architecture, transactions.
Expert in building scalable, fault tolerant solutions. TFS, Active Directory,
Session management.
Should already have been a Tech Lead for at least 3 years,
Should be familiar with MS Visual Studio (latest version), SQL Server 2008,
RDBMS concepts
